About this job
Our company is hiring Class A CDL drivers with little or no experience for a paid trainee program. You'll train for four weeks, then move into a solo driving position matched to your location.
Pay
- Trainee pay: $650-$1,050 a week during the 4-week training period, depending on state and terminal
- After training, solo pay averages around $1,400 a week take-home for local routes, up to $1,800 for regional, and $2,000+ for OTR
What you'll haul
Most freight is USPS contract runs and dedicated lanes with a lot of drop-and-hook work, using 2024-2026 automatic trucks.
