CDL-A Trainee Driver — 4-Week Paid Training, No Experience Needed

Our company is hiring Class A drivers with little or no experience for a paid trainee program. Training lasts four weeks, and afterward you move into a solo driving role on a lane matched to your location.

Pay

• Trainee pay: $650-$1,050/week during the 4-week training period, depending on state and terminal

• After training, solo pay varies by route type: local drivers average around $1,400/week take-home, regional up to $1,800/week, and OTR $2,000+/week

What you'll haul

• Mostly USPS contract runs and dedicated lanes

• Heavy drop-and-hook freight

• Trucks are 2024-2026 model automatics

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• No minimum experience needed; trainees with less than two years of experience qualify
