CDL-A Team Truck Driver — Up to $100,000/Year

Our company's transportation division (Trans Papa Logistics) is hiring CDL-A team drivers to deliver fresh ingredients to our company's stores out of Des Moines, IA. The posting says they will match offers and welcome established teams.

Pay and bonuses

• Earn up to $100,000 a year.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus.

• $5,000 bonus for referring a driver.

• Monthly performance bonuses of up to $750.

Routes

• Multi-stop local and regional runs.

• Longer trips that include overnight stays.

• Routing is based on performance.

What you'll do

• Drive safely and follow DOT rules.

• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.

• Keep delivery logs and paperwork accurate.

• Treat customers well and stay in touch with distribution centers and stores.

• Follow company safety procedures and policies.

• Regularly lift and move items of at least 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.

• Graduate of an accredited commercial driving or technical school.

• Able to lift 60 lbs frequently.

• Clean MVR, DOT compliance and a background check.

• Experience hauling food or beverages is preferred.
