CDL-A Team OTR Driver — FedEx Linehaul — $1,800–$2,600+/Week per Driver

Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Memphis, TN, is looking for experienced CDL-A team drivers for OTR linehaul runs. You'll haul no-touch, 100% drop-and-hook freight with steady miles and a supportive, team-focused company behind you.

The role

• OTR team driving on FedEx Ground linehaul routes

• No-touch freight, handled entirely by drop-and-hook

• Most teams get home weekly, usually after 5-7 days out followed by a 34-hour reset

• Trucks come equipped with refrigerators

Pay

• Drivers typically bring home $1,800 to $2,600+ per week, per driver

• Team pay starts at $0.80 CPM split, or $0.40 CPM per driver

• Teams average 4,500 to 6,500 miles weekly

• Paid out weekly by direct deposit

• Referral bonus available for bringing in other drivers

• Extra bonuses tied to performance and safety

What the job involves

• Running a tractor-trailer safely under DOT and FMCSA rules

• Handling drop-and-hook, no-touch deliveries on schedule

• Doing full pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keeping in touch with dispatch and operations as needed

• Following Trinity's safety rules and FedEx Ground's operating standards

• Logging hours and paperwork accurately

• Motive experience is a plus but not required

Requirements

• CDL-A license

• Doubles/Triples endorsement

• About 1 year of CDL-A driving experience preferred

• Must be available to work day, night, and overnight shifts

• Able to commute to Memphis, TN

• Willing to give electronic consent for a full FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query of your driving record

• This is a team position: you can apply with your own co-driver, or Trinity can pair you with a qualified partner

• Comfortable with a schedule of 5-7 days out before a 34-hour home reset
