About this job
This team driving role runs out of Lakeland, FL hauling medical supplies on a sleeper truck equipped with a liftgate trailer. You'll be out on the road Sunday through Friday, home weekly.
Pay
- Earn $1,200+ a week, paid weekly
- Pay is based on a combination of mileage, stops, and drops
- Expect 1,500-2,500+ miles per week
Home time
- Depart Sunday around midnight, return Friday evening
- Home every week
What you'll haul
- Medical supplies, delivered from Lakeland, FL to McDonough, GA
- After the initial run, you'll handle daily delivery stops throughout the week before heading back to Lakeland
- 2-10 stops per day, with all freight unloaded by hand using the truck's liftgate
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 24 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Minimum age 23
- Comfortable working as part of a two-person driving team
- Able to fully hand-unload shipments using the liftgate
- Available to be on the road Sunday through Friday
- Solid safety history, reliable attendance, and strong customer service skills
- Must clear a DOT physical, drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record review
