CDL-A Tanker Route Driver — Home Daily, $26–$30/hr

Our company in Columbus, OH is hiring a CDL-A driver to run non-hazmat tanker routes out of their headquarters, covering areas across Southern and Central Ohio and beyond. You're guaranteed 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime available, and you'll be home every night.

Pay

• $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you'll haul

• Non-hazmat tanker freight

• Routes based out of Columbus, OH, running through Southern and Central Ohio and surrounding areas

Requirements

• CDL Class A required

• Tanker endorsement preferred

• Vac truck experience preferred

• One year of commercial route delivery experience preferred, along with familiarity with truck hydraulics

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable adapting to change and working as part of a team

What you'll do

• Keep your truck clean and complete a daily vehicle condition report

• Deliver professional, reliable service to customers while following all applicable laws

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and prepare your equipment

• Keep accurate logs and follow DOT regulations

• Handle other duties as assigned
