About this job
Our company needs a CDL-A Tanker Driver at its Louisville, KY (Kramer Lane) facility. You'll be home every night and need a tanker endorsement plus manual transmission skills.
Pay and bonuses
- Hourly wage plus overtime
- $4,000 bonus for signing on
- $4,000 bonus if you refer a driver who gets hired
Home time
- Home every night
- Occasional Saturday work required
What you'll haul
- Tanker loads of wastewater and related industrial liquids
- You'll connect hoses and climb on top of the tanker to load and unload
Requirements
- CDL Class A license
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Tanker endorsement
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Clean enough driving record to meet company standards
- Strong communication with dispatch, coworkers and customers
- Follows DOT rules and company policies, and completes paperwork like bills of lading, manifests and pre/post-trip inspections
