About this job
Our company needs a CDL-A tanker driver for its Dayton, Ohio facility. You'll be paid hourly with overtime, and you'll be home every night.
Pay and bonuses
- Hourly wage plus overtime
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $4,000 bonus for referring another driver
Home time
- Home every night
- Occasional Saturday work required
What you'll do
- Load and unload tankers, including connecting hoses and climbing on top of the tanker
- Keep in close contact with your fleet manager, dispatch, coworkers and customers
- Follow DOT rules, company policies and performance standards
- Fill out all required paperwork, including bills of lading, manifests, and pre- and post-trip inspection reports
Requirements
- CDL Class A license
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Tanker endorsement
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Clean enough driving record to meet company standards
