CDL-A Specialized Hauling Driver — $0.58–$0.60/mi, $5,000 Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its specialized division, hauling ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers. This is an over-the-road role with extended time away from home and strong earning potential.

Pay

• Starting rate: $0.58-$0.60 per mile

• Average annual earnings around $85K, with top performers earning over $100K

• $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch

• $5,000 hiring bonus, paid out monthly

• $75 setup pay per load

• $30 stop pay for each stop after the first

• Paid weekly

• Average weekly mileage above 2,400

Home time

• Expect to be out 14 to 21 days at a stretch

What you'll haul

• Specialized freight such as ATVs and other recreational vehicles, loaded on custom decking trailers, running familiar routes

Equipment

• Fleet runs Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, averaging 16 months old (max 3 years)

• Trucks include refrigerators, leather seating, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other comfort features

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional Class A driving experience

• Steady work history and a clean driving record
