CDL-A Specialized Driver — $0.61–$0.63/mi, $2,000 Hiring Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its specialized equipment division, offering strong pay and well-known routes. This is an over-the-road role with extended time out on the road between home stays.

Pay

• Starting pay of $0.61-$0.63 CPM, based on experience

• Average weekly pay of $1,903, with top performers earning $2,168 per week

• Average weekly mileage over 2,400 miles

• $1,000 orientation pay after your first dispatch

• $2,000 hiring bonus

• $75 setup pay per load

• $30 stop pay for each stop after the first

• Weekly pay schedule

• $3,000 bonus for referring other drivers

Home time

Expect to be out on the road for 14-21 days at a stretch.

Equipment

You'll drive Volvo 860 or Freightliner Cascadia trucks, none older than 3 years (fleet average age is 16 months). Trucks include refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other comfort features.

Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional experience with a Class A CDL

• Steady work history

• Clean driving record
