CDL-A Specialized Driver — $0.58–$0.60/Mile, Top Earners $100K+

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its specialized division, hauling ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers. This is an over-the-road role with extended time out and strong earning potential.

Pay

• Starting pay: $0.58-$0.60 per mile

• Average annual earnings around $85K, with top performers bringing in $100K or more

• $1,000 orientation pay after your first dispatch

• $5,000 hiring bonus, paid out monthly

• $75 setup pay per load

• $30 stop pay for each stop after the first

• Paid weekly

Home time

• Expect to be out 14 to 21 days at a stretch

• Average weekly mileage runs over 2,400 miles

What you'll haul

• Specialized equipment such as ATVs and other recreational vehicles, loaded on custom decking trailers

Equipment

• Trucks are no more than 3 years old, with an average fleet age of 16 months

• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models, featuring refrigerators, leather seating, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving experience in a Class A CDL truck

• Steady work history and a clean driving record

• Must be willing to be out 14 days or longer
