CDL-A Specialized Division Driver — $0.58–$0.60/mi, $6,000 Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its specialized equipment division, running regular lanes with the chance to earn well above average. This is an OTR role with extended time out on the road.

Pay

• Starting rate of $0.58 to $0.60 per mile

• Average annual earnings around $85K, with top performers making over $100K

• $75 setup pay per load

• $30 stop pay for each stop after the first

• Paid weekly

• $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly across your first year

• $3,000 bonus for referring other drivers

Home time

• Expect to be out 14 to 21 days at a stretch

• Average weekly mileage runs over 2,400 miles

What you'll haul

• Specialized equipment freight, which comes with better pay and more consistent routes than standard freight

Equipment

• Fleet of Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, none older than 3 years, averaging 16 months old

• Trucks include fridges, leather seating, double curtains, double bunks and built-in inverters

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving experience in a Class A rig

• Solid work history and a clean driving record
