About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its shuttle operation out of Waldorf, MD. You will pull doubles, and possibly triples, back and forth between the our company facility and shuttle yards, and you are home every day.
What you'll do
- Haul double trailers (occasionally triples) between the our company facility and shuttle yards
- Now and then, unload and deliver product to customers on a set route schedule
Pay
- The listing shows $10 - $48 an hour
Requirements
- You must be at least 21
- A current Class A CDL and a driving record that meets our company's insurance standards
- A doubles/triples endorsement is preferred but not mandatory
- You need to pass employment testing
- You need enough spoken and written English to read road signs, talk with the public and officials, and fill out reports
- The job involves touch freight, typically 40-60 pounds and sometimes up to 100 pounds
