CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company's private fleet is hiring a Class A CDL regional driver out of Mebane, NC. You'll run regional routes with no-touch freight, get home weekly, and earn pay for more than just miles driven.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year.

• Base mileage rate of $0.55-$0.69 per mile, with average annual miles ranging from 62,355 to 196,040 (actual pay varies by location and miles run).

• Extra activity pay on top of mileage for things like hooking, live loads and unloads, layovers, stops, bridge crossings, chaining, weekend miles, and evening shift work.

• Some non-driving situations (accidents, breakdowns, weather delays, trailer issues, wait time, and similar) are compensated through activity pay alone.

• Average Day's Pay (currently $240/day) may apply for PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, jury duty, and full-day our company events.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises.

Home time

• Home every week, with consecutive days off each week.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight on regional lanes.

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain one, with a cleared background check, within 120 days of hire).

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program.

• No more than 2 moving violations in personal or commercial vehicles over the past 3 years, and no serious violations in that time.

• No preventable collisions in the past 3 years, no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 10 years, and no history of a preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury.

• You must already live within 250 miles of the Mebane, NC facility, or be willing to move within that radius within 90 days of starting.
