CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company is growing its private fleet and looking for CDL-A drivers for a regional route out of Grove City, OH. You'll get modern equipment, no-touch freight, and a paycheck that covers more than just miles.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year

• You're paid a set rate per mile, plus extra pay for tasks like hooking, live loads/unloads, layovers, weekend miles and more

• Mileage rate runs $0.55-$0.69 per mile, with average annual miles between 62,355 and 196,040 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven)

• Some tasks, like breakdowns, weather delays, or wait time, are paid at an activity rate only

• Average Day's Pay (ADP) of $240 per day applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement and jury duty

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises

Home time

• Home every week, with consecutive days off

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries on a regional route

What you'll do

• Plan your route, manage your schedule, and coordinate with your team to move freight safely and on time

• Keep accurate paperwork and electronic logs, following DOT and company rules

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during and after trips

• Drive legal, efficient routes to stay on schedule and avoid delays

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to get one, pending a cleared background check, within 120 days of hire)

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (personal or commercial vehicle)

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years

• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years, and no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 10 years

• No history of a preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury

• Must live within 250 miles of the Grove City, OH facility, or be willing to relocate within 90 days of hire
