CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company is looking for a regional CDL-A tractor-trailer driver based out of Centralia, WA. You'll run regional routes, get home weekly with consecutive days off, and haul no-touch freight.

Pay

• First-year earnings can reach up to $110,000.

• Regional mileage rate ranges from $0.5965 to $0.6415 per mile, with average annual mileage between 48,158 and 307,708 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven).

• Many activities (like hooking, live loads, layovers, and weekend miles) pay the mileage rate plus extra activity pay; others pay activity pay only.

• You may also qualify for Average Daily Pay of $240 per day for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises are part of the package.

Home time

• Home every week, with consecutive days off between runs.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries on optimized regional routes, following traffic laws and local restrictions to stay on schedule.

What the job involves

• Plan your route, manage your time, and keep freight moving safely and on schedule.

• Complete all paperwork and electronic logs correctly, following DOT and company rules.

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips.

• Communicate well, solve problems on the road, and adapt to changing plans.

• Represent our company's safety and professionalism standards at all times.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement (cleared background check), or willingness to obtain it within 120 days of hire.

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 3 years (or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program).

• No more than 2 moving violations in personal or commercial vehicles over the last 3 years.

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.

• No preventable collisions in the last 3 years.

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (involving disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in the last 10 years.

• No history of a preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury.

• Must live within 250 miles of the Centralia, WA facility, or be willing to relocate within that range within 90 days of hire.
