CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, $10,000 Sign-On

Our company's private fleet is hiring a Class A CDL regional truck driver out of Spring Valley, IL, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You'll haul no-touch freight on predictable regional runs with consistent home time.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year; local drivers (home nightly) can earn up to $87,000 per year.

• You're paid a fixed rate per mile, $0.55 to $0.69, plus extra activity pay for things like hooking, loading/unloading, layovers, weekend miles, bridge pay, chain-up, and evening shift premiums. Some activities, like breakdowns, weather delays, or wait time, pay activity pay only, without mileage.

• Average miles driven range from 62,355 to 196,040; actual pay depends on your location and miles run. These figures are for reference only.

• Average Daily Pay of $240 applies for PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, jury duty, and full-day (8+ hour) our company events.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises are part of the package.

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries on regional routes, using modern equipment.

What the job involves

• Running optimized routes while following traffic laws and local restrictions to stay on time.

• Planning your day, coordinating with your team, and adjusting to changes on the road.

• Completing paperwork and electronic logs accurately per DOT and company rules.

• Inspecting your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips.

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain one, with a cleared background check, within 120 days of hire).

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program.

• No more than 2 moving violations in personal or commercial vehicles over the past 3 years, and no serious traffic violations in that time.

• No preventable collisions in the last 3 years, no preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in the last 10 years, and no history of a preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury.

• You must currently live within 250 miles of the Spring Valley, IL facility, or be willing to relocate within that range within 90 days of hire.
