CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Up to $110,000 First Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company is hiring a Regional CDL-A truck driver based out of its Grandview, WA facility. You'll run regional routes hauling no-touch freight, with weekly home time and consecutive days off built into your schedule.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year.

• You're paid a fixed rate per mile, plus extra pay for certain tasks like hooking, live loading or unloading, layovers, bridge pay, chain pay, evening shift premiums, weekend mileage and stop activities. Some tasks (like breakdowns, weather delays, or wait time) pay activity pay only, without the mileage rate.

• For this Regional position, mileage pay runs $0.5965 to $0.6415 per mile, with drivers averaging between 48,158 and 307,708 miles. Actual pay depends on your location and miles driven.

• Average Daily Pay (ADP) of $240 per day applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement and jury duty, and for full-day (8+ hour) our company events.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises are part of the package.

Home time

You're home weekly, with consecutive days off each week.

What you'll haul

Freight is no-touch — you're not loading or unloading it yourself. You'll plan your day, coordinate with your team, keep paperwork and e-logs accurate, and follow DOT and company rules. You'll inspect your tractor-trailer before, during and after trips, and drive optimized routes while following traffic and local regulations.

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to get one, pending background check, within 120 days of hire)

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (or completion of our company's Fleet Development Academy)

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, in a personal or commercial vehicle

• No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years

• No preventable collisions in the past 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injuries requiring treatment away from the scene) in the past 10 years

• No preventable accident involving a fatality or catastrophic injury, ever

• You must live within 250 miles of the Grandview, WA facility, or be willing to relocate within that range within 90 days of hire

Our company determines accident preventability using ATA guidelines.
