CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $71,000–$100,000/Year

Our company, the transportation arm of a major meat processor, is looking for a regional CDL-A driver for a dedicated beef account. You'll run a steady, reliable freight lane with weekly home time and strong pay.

Pay

• Earn $71,000 - $100,000 per year

• $1,450 per week guaranteed for 5 days of work, which may include weekends

• $305 per day for any 6th or 7th day worked

• Weekly retention bonus after 2 years, ranging from $25/week to $150/week based on how long you've been with JBS

• $4,000 retention bonus

• 6 paid holidays at $150 each

• Anniversary pay and extra safety bonuses

• Referral bonus up to $3,100 per driver you bring on: $50 weekly during their first year, plus $500 when they reach 3 months

Home time

You'll typically work a 5-6 day week and be home weekly.

What you'll haul

This is a dedicated beef account running through the Midwest and Northeast. Freight is no-touch: you'll drop and hook at the JBS plant, and lumpers handle live unloading at customer locations. Food freight keeps this route consistent and dependable.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• CDL-A license with at least 1 year of tractor trailer experience

• Experience with 48'-53' trailers required

• Drivers with less than a year of experience can join through JBS's mentor and training programs
