Smart Logistics Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional routes out of Nashville, TN. Both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers are welcome, with newer trucks and weekly time at home.
Pay
- Earn between $0.55 and $0.85 per mile, with entry-level drivers starting around $0.55 CPM and experienced drivers earning up to $0.85 CPM
Home time
- Get home every week
Where you'll run
- Regional routes, not over-the-road
Equipment
- Drive newer, late-model tractors
What you'll do
- Operate your tractor-trailer safely under federal, state and company rules
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and flag any maintenance issues
- Keep accurate logs under Hours of Service rules
- Move freight on your assigned regional routes while hitting customer and schedule needs
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and follow routing and safety guidance
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Legally able to drive commercial vehicles in the United States
- Safety-focused, professional approach to the job
- Willing to run regional routes with weekly home time
