About this job
Our company in Athens, TN is looking for a CDL-A driver to run regional routes with no-touch freight. You'll be out for about two nights a week and back home on weekends.
Pay
- $1,200.00 - $1,300.00 per week on average

What you'll haul
- Regional runs, no-touch freight
- You may operate tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers or dump trucks depending on the load
What the job involves
- Driving safely and efficiently while planning routes that keep deliveries on time
- Doing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Logging your hours and mileage accurately
- Staying in touch with dispatch and customers about schedules or problems
- Following all safety rules and company policies
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DOT-defined accidents in the past 3 years
- No serious driving violations in the past 7 years, and no pattern of unsafe driving
