CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Home Most Weekends, $0.60–$0.62/mi

Our company is looking for experienced regional CDL-A drivers to run OTR routes with most weekends off. You'll get steady miles, newer equipment and a pay structure with no gimmicks.

Pay

• $0.60 per mile for drivers with less than 4 years of CDL-A experience, $0.62 per mile for 4+ years of experience

• Same rate whether you're loaded or empty

• Typical gross is around $1,500 per week based on 2,500 miles

• Top 25% of drivers earn $86k-$93k per year

• $80 per diem daily

• Annual raises with no cap

• Annual safety bonus of 2 cents per mile

Home time

• Most drivers are home on weekends, depending on freight and traffic

• Want to stay out on the road longer? That can be arranged

What you'll haul

• 99% no-touch freight

• 55% drop and hook

• You'll drive 2025 or newer Volvo VNL860s and Peterbilts, kept up by a 5-star maintenance shop

• Company pays for your parking, and you'll be reimbursed if you ever have to pay out of pocket

• Full-time rider policy available

Requirements

• At least 1 full year of Class A CDL driving experience

• Minimum age 22

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening
