CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver for a dedicated regional run out of the East Hartford, CT area. You'll run familiar freight lanes, get consistent time at home, and start with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay

• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in equal weekly installments over your first 26 weeks

• You must start by May 8th, 2026 to qualify

• Base rate of $.65 cpm, both loaded and empty

• An extra $.03 cpm once you hit 2,400+ miles in a week

• Typical weekly earnings range from $1,500 to $1,800

• Guaranteed pay increases over time

Home time

• You'll be out 5.5 days, then home for 24 to 48 hours every week

What you'll haul

• Dedicated freight on consistent lanes through NY, PA, NJ, CT, RI, MA, VT, ME and NH

• No New York City routes

• Mostly drop and hook work

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 9 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years

• Background in Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed, and/or Tanker freight

• Steady work history driving Class A equipment

• Clean driving record
