CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, Weekly Home Time

Our company's private fleet is hiring a CDL-A regional driver for the Woodland, PA facility. You'll get weekly home time, consecutive days off, and pay for more than just your miles.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus.

• Base mileage rate of $0.55 - $0.69 per mile, with average annual miles between 62,355 and 196,040 (actual pay varies by location and miles driven).

• On top of mileage pay, you're compensated for tasks like hooking, live loading/unloading, layovers, bridge crossings, chaining, weekend driving, and evening shifts.

• Some situations, such as accidents, breakdowns, weather delays, or wait time, are paid at an activity rate only.

• Average Day's Pay (ADP) of $240 per day applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and yearly pay raises.

Home time

• Home every week, with consecutive days off built into your schedule.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, running optimized regional routes.

The job

• Plan your workday, coordinate with your team, and keep freight on schedule.

• Complete logs and paperwork correctly, following DOT and company rules.

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips.

• Drive safely within traffic laws and local restrictions to support on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (cleared background check) already in hand, or obtained within 120 days of hire.

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 3 years (or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program).

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, in a personal or commercial vehicle.

• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.

• No preventable collisions in the last 3 years.

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in the last 10 years.

• No preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury, ever, in a personal or commercial vehicle.

• our company determines preventability using ATA guidelines.

• You must already live within 250 miles of the Woodland, PA facility, or be willing to relocate there within 90 days of hire.
