Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional runs with drop-and-hook freight and consistent miles. Marten has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running and offers a stable schedule with modern trucks.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,650, which works out to $70,200-$82,400+ per year
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Guaranteed minimum pay
- Possible extra pay for detention (up to $160 per 24-hour period), bad weather (up to $150 per day), and layovers (up to $150 per day)
- Refer a driver and earn up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can refer

- Drop-and-hook loads for quicker turnarounds
- Steady routes with reliable mileage
Home time
Schedules are dependable, though actual home time depends on your location and route - a recruiter can give you specifics for your area.
Equipment
Trucks are late-model with automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 6 months of CDL-A experience with a single carrier, completed after finishing training
- Comfortable working alongside others
