About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet, recognized as a TCA Elite Fleet for 2025 and 2026. You'll get drop-and-hook freight, steady miles and modern trucks.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,650, which works out to roughly $70,200-$82,400+ per year
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Guaranteed minimum pay
- Extra pay opportunities: detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period, inclement weather pay up to $150 per day, and layover pay up to $150 per day
- Referral bonus up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can refer
What you'll haul
- Drop-and-hook freight for quicker turnarounds
- Consistent routes with steady mileage
Equipment
- Late-model tractors equipped with APUs, automatic transmissions and inverters
Home time
Schedules are dependable, though actual home time and pay depend on your hiring area and route - a recruiter can give you specifics.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with a single carrier, completed after training
- Comfortable working and communicating with others
