CDL-A Regional Tire Delivery Driver — Weekly Home Time, Avg $1,800/wk

Haul tires on regional runs out of York, PA in a CDL-A sleeper cab with a dry van trailer. You'll unload tires by hand at every stop, so this is fully touch freight.

Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,800

• $0.68 per mile

• $17.85 per stop

• $0.17 per tire

• $30.00 per day per diem

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, starting around 5:00 AM

• Home on weekends

• 2-4 layovers per week

What you'll haul

• Tire shipments across a regional territory

• Shipments run 350-1,300 miles with 10-25 delivery stops each

• You unload the tires yourself at every stop

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Current DOT medical card

• Registered in the FMCSA Clearinghouse with a clean MVR

• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years

• No DUI, reckless driving, or other serious violations in the last 5 years

• Comfortable handling a sleeper cab and dry van trailer

• Able to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate delivery and DOT paperwork in order
