CDL-A Regional Tanker Driver — $1,700–$2,000/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A tanker drivers to run regional out-and-back routes hauling liquid chemicals near Knoxville, TN. You'll typically be home one day during the week plus weekends.

Pay

• Weekly earnings range from $1,700 to $2,000

• $0.80 per mile loaded, $0.60 per mile empty

• $30 accessorial pay

• Quarterly performance bonus and an annual retention bonus

Home time

• Out-and-back lanes

• Usually one day off during the week, plus weekends home

What you'll haul

• Liquid chemical tanker freight

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements

• At least 24 months of verifiable CDL-A experience, or 12 months plus a CDL school certificate

• Clean driving history with no major violations or accidents (some exceptions may apply)

• Clear record in the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test

• Minimum age 24

• Detail-oriented and able to follow company safety procedures

• Liquid tanker experience is a plus, though not required

• Note: Our company does not offer CDL training
