CDL-A Regional/OTR Truck Driver — From $1,600/Week

Our company is looking for a Regional/OTR CDL-A driver based in the Midwest, South, Southeast or Southwest to haul dry van, flatbed and step deck freight for our family-owned private fleet. You'll be responsible for on-time delivery and keeping freight in good condition throughout the trip.

Pay

• Starting at $1,600.00 per week

• Choice of percentage pay or cents-per-mile pay

• Dry Van: 33% of net LH or $0.70 cpm

• Flatbed: 34% of net LH or $0.75 cpm, plus tarp pay

• Step Deck: 35% of net LH or $0.77 cpm, plus tarp pay

• Sign-on bonus available

• Pay is guaranteed and issued every Friday

• Quarterly bonuses tied to performance

• Thanksgiving and Christmas bonuses

• One week of paid vacation after your first year

Home time

You'll be home weekly or every two weeks, depending on the freight you're running.

What you'll haul

Loads include dry van, flatbed and step deck freight, running regional and OTR routes.

Equipment

Trucks are late model, 2022 or newer.

Requirements

• At least 23 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• One year of verifiable OTR experience

• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required, or willingness to obtain them during hiring

• No SAP drivers accepted

• Must complete and pass Landstar's application process, which includes background checks and employment verification and can take up to 30 business days

• Drivers are hired and paid as 1099 contractors

• No accidents or moving violations within the last 12 months, and no serious violations within the last 36 months
