About this job
Our company is looking for a solo Class A CDL driver for a regional no-touch freight route based in Harrisonburg, VA, hauling refrigerated chicken freight across 48 states.
Pay
- $0.76 per mile, with 1800-2100 miles per week
- $17.50 per stop, 4-8 stops per week
- $50 per night per diem, 4-5 nights per week
- Weekly pay, totaling around $1787 or more per week
- Sign-on bonus: $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
- Loyalty bonus: $1750 at 6 months and $1750 at 1 year
Home time
7-day operation with 2 consecutive days off; dispatch window 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
What you'll haul
No-touch chicken freight in a 53' reefer trailer, sleeper tractor, solo driving to all 48 states on a regional route.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Pass drug test, background check, MVR check, and DOT physical
- Pass a our company road test
- Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements
- 9 months of experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years in the past 5, OR 5 years in the past 10
