CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver — Home Every Weekend

Haul steel, pipe, and coil freight on a regional flatbed route out of Memphis, TN with NIS Express. You'll run mostly within 4 to 6 states, keep an assigned late-model truck, and be guaranteed home every weekend.

Pay

• Paid 27% of gross per load, with average weekly gross between $1,500 and $2,000

• $5,000 total sign-on bonus: $1,500 on your first Friday paycheck, with the remaining $3,500 paid out in milestones

• $300 per week in non-taxed per diem

• Direct deposit every Friday

• Extra pay for tarping ($40/load), layover ($50 after 24 hours), and detention ($16/hour after the first 2 hours)

• Bonuses available for safety, breakdowns, and clean DOT inspections

Home time

• Home every weekend, guaranteed, with no exceptions

• Non-forced dispatch keeps most routes close to home within a 4 to 6 state region

What you'll haul

• Steel, pipe, and coil freight

• Target of 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week

• 40 to 50% of loads require tarping, so you'll need to be comfortable with straps, tarps, chains, and binders

Equipment

• Assigned a 2021 or newer automatic truck that's yours to drive and keep

• Riders and pets are welcome from day one, no fees, for anyone 18 or older

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• 12 months of verifiable flatbed experience (regional or OTR) within the last 5 years

• Hands-on experience securing steel, pipe, or coil loads; coil experience is a strong plus

• Clean driving record: no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years and no Clearinghouse violations

• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen
