CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver — $1,375–$1,625/wk, Home Weekly

Run established regional lanes out of Wilmington, DE 19801 hauling no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time and assigned equipment.

Pay

• $1,375 to $1,625 per week

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid orientation

• Quarterly performance incentives and extra accessorial pay when it applies

• Paid on all dispatched miles, loaded and empty

Home time

• Weekly home time

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch freight

• About 60% drop-and-hook, 40% scheduled live loads

• Runs through a multi-state regional network, mainly east of I-35

Equipment

• Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors

• Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, fridge, double bunk, Bluetooth

• Outward-facing cameras only

• SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers fleet-wide

• You can park your assigned truck at home if space allows

Onboarding

• Paid company orientation, then you move into the regional freight rotation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past year

• Must operate equipment safely and follow all applicable safety rules
