About this job
Our company is growing its regional fleet out of Philadelphia, PA, running freight across the Eastern U.S. east of I-35. They're hiring Class A CDL drivers for no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with weekly home time and newer trucks. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL grads are welcome.
Pay
- Base rate of $0.55 per mile on all loaded and empty miles
- Top earners average $1,770 per week, roughly $92,000 a year
- Detention pay of $20 per hour after the first two hours, plus layover and breakdown pay
- $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid out over three months
Home time
- Regional routes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35
- Weekly home time with a full 48-hour weekend reset guaranteed
What you'll haul
- 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight
- Assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks, no slip-seating
- Trucks come with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators
- Pet and passenger riders allowed starting day one
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
- For experienced drivers: at least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience
- For new drivers: recent CDL school grads welcome, with up to six weeks of paid training alongside a mentor and up to $6,000 in tuition reimbursement
