Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for regional routes, and both new CDL-A grads and experienced drivers are welcome to apply. You'll run newer tractors, get home every week, and earn steady pay on consistent freight.
Pay
- $0.55 to $0.85 per mile, with experienced drivers earning toward the higher end and entry-level drivers starting at $0.55 CPM
Home time
- Weekly home time on regional routes (not OTR)

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Legally authorized to drive commercial vehicles in the United States
- Safety-focused and professional on the road
- Willing to run regional routes with weekly home time
- New CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply alongside experienced drivers
On the job, you'll handle your own pre-trip and post-trip inspections, flag any maintenance issues, keep your logs accurate under HOS rules, stay on schedule for regional deliveries, and keep dispatch in the loop as you follow routing and safety guidance.
