CDL-A Regional Driver — Amazon Hook & Drop, Percentage Pay

Our company needs CDL-A company drivers for a regional Amazon hook-and-drop account covering DE, NJ, NY, MD, and PA. You'll haul Amazon freight directly, with no brokers and no live loading.

Pay

• Paid weekly by direct deposit every Friday

• Percentage-based pay: 25% of gross to start, rising to 30% after 90 days

• Weekly earnings range from $2,263.39 to $4,725.80

• A refundable $2,500 escrow is held over your first 15 weeks and returned in full when you leave

Home time

• Minimum 2 weeks out before coming home

• Run 3 weeks and get 5 days home

• Run 4 weeks and get 7 days home

• You can drive the truck home, or the company will fly you back if you're based far from the route

What you'll haul

• 100% Amazon freight using hook-and-drop, so you never touch the load or deal with docks

• Regional lanes across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast: DE, NJ, NY, MD, and PA

• Occasional optional runs into CT, MA, or FL, but these are never required

Equipment and dispatch

• Automatic tractors from 2019-2024, equipped with a microwave, fridge, and inverter

• Dispatch is staffed around the clock by a real team, including Stella and Kevin

• No forced dispatch during your off hours

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience

• Clean driving record: no DUIs and no major violations in the past 3 years

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check

• Regional driving experience is preferred
