CDL-A Regional Driver — $22–$27/Hr, Home Every Other Day

Harris Jr Transporter, LLC, an our company based in Richmond, Va., is looking for CDL-A drivers to run dedicated regional Amazon routes. You'll drive solo, hauling 100% no-touch freight in brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors, with a schedule built to get you home every other day. This is a W-2 role with HJT, LLC, not direct employment with Amazon.

Pay

• Starting between $22 and $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

• $500 sign-on/safety/performance bonus

• Referral bonus available

• Incentive for clean DOT inspections

• Weekly pay, with an early pay advance option through ZayZoom in the ADP app

Schedule and home time

• Solo routes (not team runs) designed to bring you home every other day

• Consistent weekly schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off

• At least 40 scheduled hours a week, with extra shifts and overtime available

• Estimated start date: August 4, 2026

What the job involves

• Running your assigned route and staying in contact with dispatch

• Following Amazon Relay, DOT, yard and safety procedures

• Keeping deliveries safe, on time and professional

• Showing up on time, protecting your logs and driving record, and treating equipment with care

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug screen

• Clean driving record, with no current CDL suspension or revocation

• Must pass a background and driver qualification check

• Able to read, speak and write English as required by DOT/FMCSA rules

• Comfortable using a smartphone, GPS and the Amazon Relay app

• 6+ months of driving experience preferred
