CDL-A Regional Driver — $1,300-$1,400/wk Guaranteed + $500 Sign-On

Our company needs experienced CDL-A drivers in Charlotte, NC 28202 for a dedicated automotive parts route with guaranteed weekly pay and a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule close to home.

Pay

• $1,300 guaranteed weekly minimum, rising to a $1,400 weekly guarantee after 12 months on the job

• $500 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Off every Sunday and Monday

• 2-3 extra home visits during the week, depending on dispatch and route timing

What you'll haul

• Dedicated automotive parts freight, 18-23 stops per run, unloaded with electric pallet jacks

• Regional lanes across the Southeast, about 1,800-2,000 miles weekly, so routes and delivery points stay familiar

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday, with start times generally between 1 AM and 6 AM

• Most days run 11-13 hours; some shorter routes are around 8 hours

• 1-2 layovers per week

• Customer locations have parking available

Equipment

• 2020 Freightliner Cascadias, automatic transmission

• Lift gates, collision avoidance, and blind spot detection

• Mix of sleeper and day cab trucks, governed at 65 MPH

Requirements

• 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Hazmat endorsement

• Willing and able to drive at night
