About this job
Our company, based in the Northwest, is hiring CDL-A company drivers and owner operators for regional and Western OTR runs. You get the backing of an established carrier along with the personal support of a smaller outfit, and routes designed to get you home on a regular basis.
Pay
- Company drivers earn up to $.57 CPM base pay, plus up to $.04 CPM in performance bonus depending on your division
- Layover and detention pay included for company drivers
- Owner operators keep 80% of gross revenue plus 100% of the fuel surcharge
Routes and home time
- Regional runs average 2,200-2,400 miles per week, with time out capped around 10 days
- OTR runs average 2,500 miles per week, with time out capped around 14 days
- Owner operators run Western OTR lanes with steady freight
What you'll haul
- No-touch freight using 53' dry van and reefer trailers
- Well-maintained equipment throughout
Equipment
- Company trucks are 2020 or newer Cascadias or Volvos
- Owner operator trucks must be no older than 10 years

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience with a school certificate, or 2 years of OTR experience
- Minimum age 23
- Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests in the last 5 years
- No SAP program participation in the last 5 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the last 5 years
- No rollover or rear-end accidents in the last 3 years
