CDL-A Reefer Driver — $1,000/Week Guaranteed First 3 Months

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers, including brand new CDL holders, to run steady reefer freight hauling groceries, produce and frozen food. New drivers start with paid mentor training before getting their own truck.

Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross

• $650 per week during training

• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

• Mileage pay increases with experience, plus a performance bonus plan

• $300 orientation pay, with travel to orientation covered

Home time

• Home every two weeks

What you'll haul

• Temperature-controlled (reefer) loads of groceries, produce and frozen food

• No unloading required, mostly drop and hook

• 1,900 to 2,500+ miles per week

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks riding with an experienced mentor before you get your own truck

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, must be 21 or older

• New drivers need 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school

• Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years

• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years

• Must pass a hair and urine drug test and a DOT physical
