CDL-A Owner-Operator OTR Driver — Guaranteed $3,000/Week Solo

Our company has OTR dry van freight open for CDL-A owner-operators in Ohio, running as a 1099 contractor with weekly guaranteed pay and newer trucks to choose from. Flexible routes, solid miles, and a fleet that backs you up around the clock.

Pay

• Solo drivers earn 75 CPM on loaded/empty miles; teams earn 85 CPM

• Weekly guarantee of $3,000/week for solo drivers, $6,000/week for teams

• Weekly mileage runs 4,000-5,000 guaranteed miles

• Extra money available through inspection and referral bonuses

Home time

• Plan on 4 weeks out, then 4-5 days back home

What you'll haul

• General freight in dry vans

• A combination of long-haul and shorter regional runs

Equipment

• Late-model trucks (2025-2027 Volvo 860 and Freightliner)

• Cab comes set up with a fridge, microwave, mattress, APU and inverters

• Backed by a fleet of more than 100 active trucks

Requirements

• At least 2 years behind the wheel professionally

• Current Class A CDL

• Comfortable covering 700+ miles in a day

• Able to commit to 4 straight weeks on the road before your 4-5 days home
