CDL-A Owner Operator — Home Weekly, No Broker Loads

Our company is looking for CDL-A owner operators to run regional dedicated freight across the Midwest. You'll need your own truck, and you can expect weekly home time with occasional extra time off on regional runs.

Pay

• Weekly gross revenue typically runs $6,500 to $12,000, with some weeks reaching $7,500 or more

• After deductions, net pay usually comes to $3,000-$6,000 per week

• You keep 70%-73% of weekly gross revenue

• Settlements are processed weekly, with direct deposit hitting your account every Friday

• Quarterly and annual safety bonuses range from $2,000 to $3,000

Home time

• Home every week

• Additional time off may be possible depending on your regional route

What you'll haul

• Freight comes straight from customers, not brokers, under steady contracted rates that hold year-round

• Nearly all loads are drop and hook

• You'll run through Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee - no East Coast or West Coast routes

• The trailer fleet is mostly 53-foot vans under five years old, with a 4:1 trailer-to-truck ratio; trailer fee is $750 per month

Requirements

• You must own your truck

• CDL-A with at least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience

• A steady work history - the company values drivers who stick around

• No felony convictions in the past 7 years

• No DUI or reckless driving charges in the past 5 years
