CDL-A Owner Operator — Dedicated Freight, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for CDL-A owner operators to run regional dedicated freight across the Midwest. You'll need your own truck, and you'll get weekly home time, with the chance for extra time off on regional runs.

Pay

• Weekly gross revenue typically runs $6,500-$12,000, with some owner operators averaging $7,500+ per week

• After deductions, net pay typically lands between $3,000-$6,000 weekly

• You keep 70%-73% of your weekly gross revenue

• Quarterly and annual safety bonuses of $2,000-$3,000

• Settlements are processed weekly, with direct deposit every Friday

What you'll haul

• Direct customer freight only, no broker loads

• Mostly drop and hook, with contracted rates that hold steady year-round

• Main service area covers IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, IA, MN, WI, MO, KY, TN and SC (no East or West Coast runs)

Home time

• Weekly home time guaranteed, with additional time off possible depending on your regional route

Equipment and support

• Fleet of 165 53-foot vans, most under five years old, with a 4:1 trailer-to-truck ratio

• Trailer fee of $750/month

• Shop rate of $100/hour, with 3 bays and 6 full-time mechanics on staff

• EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Motive/AtoB fuel cards provided

• Plate program available for $50/week

• Ride-along options for passengers and pets

Requirements

• Must own your own truck

• CDL-A with at least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience

• Stable work history

• No felony convictions in the past 7 years

• No DUI or reckless driving charges in the past 5 years
