CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80 CPM + $2,000 Sign-On

Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers to run reefer freight over the road. This is a top-pay seat meant for drivers who already have OTR experience, not a training role.

Pay

• Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile

• Weekly pay lands between $1,600 and $2,000, based on direct deposit with no delays

• A $2,000 bonus is paid when you sign on

• Drivers who put in 2,500+ miles a week sit at the top of the pay range

• Referral payouts and bonuses for clean inspections can add over $1,000 a month on top of mileage pay

Home time

• Expect to be out on the road for 2 to 3 weeks between home stays

What you'll haul

• Freight is mostly refrigerated (reefer), and it's steady work year-round

• No prior reefer experience needed, just a willingness to run it

• Loads are no-touch, so you handle the driving while others manage the freight

• Routes cover 44 states, excluding Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii

Equipment

• Trucks come equipped with an APU, refrigerator, power inverter and microwave

• Bring your pet along, and you're allowed to have a rider with you too

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• At least one year of recent OTR driving experience (required for insurance purposes)

• Minimum age 21

• Clean driving and inspection record (MVR/PSP)

• Must reside within the company's 44-state coverage area

• Drivers currently in the SAP program may be considered if in good standing
