CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80 CPM, $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers to run reefer freight over the road across 44 states. This is a top-pay seat for drivers who already have OTR experience, not a training seat.

Pay

• Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile

• Weekly paychecks run $1,600–$2,000, scaled to the miles you run (2,500+ miles a week available)

• Paid weekly via direct deposit

• $2,000 bonus when you sign on

• Extra bonuses for referrals and clean roadside inspections, worth $1,000+ a month on top of mileage pay

Home time

Expect to be out 2 to 3 weeks before heading home.

What you'll haul

• Freight is mostly refrigerated (reefer); no prior reefer experience needed

• Loads are no-touch — you just drive

• Routes cover 44 states, excluding WA, OR, CA, MT, AK and HI

Equipment

Trucks come equipped with an APU, fridge, power inverter and microwave.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of recent OTR experience (required for insurance purposes)

• 21 years of age or older

• Clean driving and PSP record

• Must reside within the company's 44-state hiring area

• Drivers in the SAP program may be considered if in good standing
