CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80 CPM, $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers to run OTR reefer freight across 44 states. This is a top-pay seat for drivers who already have OTR experience, not a training role.

Pay

• Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile

• Weekly pay follows your miles, with 2,500+ miles per week available for drivers who run hard

• Weekly direct deposit, no delays

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Referral and clean-inspection bonuses can add $1,000+ a month on top of mileage pay

What you'll haul

• Mostly reefer freight, steady year-round work

• No prior reefer experience needed

• 100% no-touch freight

Equipment

• Well-maintained trucks equipped with APU, refrigerator, power inverter and microwave

Home time

• Out 2–3 weeks at a time, running all states except WA, OR, CA, MT, AK and HI

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of recent OTR experience (required for insurance purposes)

• Must be 21 or older

• Clean MVR/PSP record

• Must reside within the company's 44-state hiring area

• SAP program participants in good standing are welcome to apply
