This is a top-pay OTR role for experienced solo or team drivers hauling mostly refrigerated freight across 44 states. The company has been operating for 23 years and offers well-equipped trucks for long stretches on the road.
Pay
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile
- Weekly paychecks range $1,600–$2,000 depending on miles run, with 2,500+ miles available weekly
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Extra earnings possible through referral and clean-inspection bonuses, potentially over $1,000 a month
Home time
- Out on the road for 2–3 weeks between home stays
What you'll haul
- Primarily temperature-controlled (reefer) freight, no prior reefer experience needed
- Freight is no-touch — loading and unloading is handled for you
- Routes cover 44 states, excluding WA, OR, CA, MT, AK, and HI
Equipment
- Trucks come equipped with an APU, refrigerator, power inverter, and microwave
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least one year of recent OTR experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean driving and PSP record
- Must reside within the company's 44-state service area
- Drivers in the SAP program may be considered if in good standing
