Our company, a family-owned carrier, is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for steady, no-touch freight runs. The company is set up for drivers to deal directly with dispatch, safety, fleet, and payroll instead of getting lost in a big operation.
Pay
- Starting at $0.68 CPM, with a wage range of $0.68 to $0.72 per mile
- Raise after your first 90 days
- Breakdown pay and layover pay
- Paid orientation
- Bonuses for safety and clean inspections
- $2,000 referral bonus for bringing on another driver
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Choice of 1099 or W2 pay setup

- OTR runs with consistent miles
