Our company, a family-owned carrier, is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for steady, no-touch freight runs. You'll get modern equipment, a supportive dispatch team, and direct access to safety, fleet and payroll staff.
Pay
- Starting pay of $0.68 CPM, with a wage range of $0.68 to $0.72 per mile
- Raise after your first 90 days
- Extra pay for breakdowns and layovers
- Paid orientation
- Bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections
- $2,000 bonus for referring another driver
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Choice of 1099 or W2 pay setup
What you'll haul
- OTR runs with consistent mileage
- Regional and local runs may be available depending on where you're based

- Newer trucks equipped with APU, inverter, fridge, microwave and a new mattress
- Fleet is kept up by the company's own shop
