CDL-A OTR Truck Driver (Solo/Team) — No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company is a family owned carrier with 26 years in business, looking for CDL-A OTR drivers to run solo or as a team. No driver-facing cameras are used in their trucks.

Pay

• Solo drivers earn $0.62 to $0.67 per mile; team drivers earn $1 per mile

• All miles paid, both loaded and empty, with an effective rate up to 80 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are included

• Weekly wage range of $1500.00 to $2000.00, with realistic potential of $2000 or more per week

• Top drivers bring in $100,000+ a year as W2 company drivers

• $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pickup

• $400 monthly mileage bonus

• Clean DOT inspection bonuses: $100 for Level 1, $75 for Level 2, $50 for Level 3

• $80.00 daily per diem paid as non-taxable income

• $500 paid orientation held at the New Jersey terminal

• $5000 referral bonus for sending in new hires, paid out as $1000 after 30 days, $1000 after 90 days, and $3000 after 6 months

What you'll haul

• LTL freight, with every delivery scheduled by appointment

• Steady, consistent runs covering 2000 to 2500 miles weekly

• You'll keep working with the same dispatch team on every load

Equipment

• Newer trucks including Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860, and Peterbilt 579 models

Requirements

• Minimum age 23

• At least 6 months of Class A driving experience

• Hazmat endorsement and Tanker endorsement required (tanker is for hauling totes, not tank trailers)
