CDL-A OTR Truck Driver (Solo/Team) — No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company is a family owned carrier with 26 years in business, hiring CDL-A OTR drivers for solo or team runs. No driver-facing cameras are used in their trucks, and you'll work with the same dispatchers on every load.

Pay

• Wage range listed as $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 per week, with realistic earning potential of $2,000 or more weekly

• Top drivers bring home over $100,000 a year as W2 company drivers

• Team drivers are paid $1 per mile; solo drivers earn $.62 to $.67 per mile

• Effective rate can reach up to 80 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are included

• You're paid for all practical miles, loaded and empty

• Extra pay per stop: $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pickup

• $400 monthly mileage bonus

• DOT inspection bonuses: $100 for a clean Level 1, $75 for Level 2, $50 for Level 3

• $80.00 daily per diem, paid as non-taxable income

• $500 paid orientation held at the New Jersey terminal

• $5,000 referral bonus for bringing in new hires, paid out as $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days, and $3,000 after 6 months

What you'll haul

• LTL freight, with every delivery scheduled by appointment

• Running 2,000 to 2,500 miles weekly

• Fleet includes newer Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860, and Peterbilt 579 trucks

Requirements

• Minimum age 23

• At least 6 months of Class A driving experience

• Hazmat endorsement required

• Tanker endorsement required (for hauling totes, not trailers)
